AUBURN, GEORGIA

POPULATION: 7,500+

Auburn, GA is a small town located in Barrow County in northeast Georgia. With roots in the railroad, the city incorporated in 1892, just one year after the Seaboard Railroad Company arrived and built a terminus for routes headed to Atlanta and Athens. Since then, Auburn has grown into more than just a railroad community, with a current population of over 7,000 people. Every year hundreds of individuals flock to this small town to visit its unique “Whistle Stop Shops” and take part in its many festivals and events including an Independence Day Celebration, AuburnFest, and Auburn Ever After, a magical kids event full of princesses, carriage rides, and fun!
